The 2026 NEWEG Users Group will be hosted May 19-21 at the GTRI Field Office in Patuxent River, MD (46610 Expedition Drive Suite 200 Lexington Park, MD 20653).

Day 1 NEWEG Users Presentations
Security Information
Visit Authorization Request
The 2026 NEWEG Users Group Day 1 and Day 2 will be an unclassified event. Attendance to the GTRI facility does not require visit authorization requests (VARs) this year. Please bring a U.S. Government ID, CAC, or other photo ID to the registration table in order to confirm your registration and sign in. For support planning a classified discussion, please e-mail the e-mail the event hosts directly.
A VAR will be required to attend Day 3 of the conference on base in the NEWEG Integration Lab (NIL). Please work directly with NMO personnel to submit clearance information supporting the demonstrations on day 3.
Notice of Foreign National Presence
Foreign partners will be present at the meeting this year. Please remain vigilant when discussing CUI, or ITAR/EAR controlled information that is not releasable to foreign nationals. No classified discussion is allowed at the GTRI facility this year.
Any any all material presented or discussed at the NEWEG User Group must be previously cleared for distribution to include REL USA, FVEY.
