GTRI Events refund policy is as follows:
- The deadline to request a full refund is 10 business days before the event.
- Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
- Additionally, no-shows will also forfeit their registration fee.
- All cancellation requests must be sent to the event organizer (please use the “Have Questions” button on your event's page). The refund process will be initiated in 1-5 business days and credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
- Please note: If you must cancel your registration, remember to also cancel any hotel and travel accommodations. GTRI is not responsible for hotel no-show fees or any travel or lodging expenses you might incur.
