Introduction
Welcome to the Iron Scale 2025 March Short Course. Registration is free but by invitation only. Please reach out to Benjamin.Yang@gtri.gatech.edu if you have any questions.
Dates and Location
This event will take place Tuesday through Thursday, March 4th-6th, 2025. While the laboratory tours will span multiple buildings on the Georgia Tech campus, the curriculum will primarily take place in the Centennial Research Building (Google Maps link here). Reserved parking will be available to participants across the street (Google Maps link here).
Hotel

Dress Code
The dress code for this event will be casual. The lab tours will involve walking and gowning up for the cleanroom. Please dress in comfortable closed-toed shoes and slacks/pants for those days.
Weather in Atlanta during March can be variable, so please check the weather before you depart and plan accordingly.

Security Information
This event is classified and requires all attendees to hold the appropriate DoD security clearance. Security clearance verification is the initial step in the registration process for this event. All attendees, except Atlanta-based GTRI employees, are required to submit a Visit Authorization Request by following the instructions outlined below:
Visit Authorization Request
Visit authorization requests (VARs) must be submitted no later than 5 BUSINESS DAYS prior to the event. VARs received after this date will delay your entry into the event.

SCI visit requests are handled separately from the collateral-level visit requests. If SCI conversations are desired, please submit both a collateral- and SCI-level visit request.
